ELSA: Emotional Literacy & Wellbeing Support Lead

Redstone Hall School in Ipswich is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our newly opened school within Polaris Community. You will support wellbeing, readiness for learning and behaviour management, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths, ICT skills, and prior HLTA or Cover Supervisor experience, with a commitment to professional development and safeguarding responsibilities.
