ELP (Enhanced Learning Provision) SEND Teacher

Full-Time. Salary dependent on experience

We are seeking an outstanding primary SEND early years/KS1 teacher for our ELP (Enhanced Learning Provision) at our thriving academy, Castle Hill Academy. Our ELP caters for the needs of pupils with autism (ASD).

Castle Hill Academy was rated a Good school in all aspects in its last graded Ofsted inspection. In its subsequent inspection in July 2025, the school sustained its high standards and its ASD provision was recognised for its high-quality provision.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher with the relevant skills, experience and knowledge in teaching and supporting pupils with ASD/SEND. They will also have a commitment to raising attainment, high expectations and the work ethic of the school and the Platanos Trust. Applicants who have mainstream teaching experience but who also have relevant experience/skills in SEND and/or keen to transition to SEND teaching are welcome to apply and will receive appropriate training and development.
