Elite Rugby Athletic Performance Director

Bristol Bears Rugby is seeking an evidence-driven Head of Performance to drive physical preparation, conditioning and long term athletic development for the first team. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with coaching, medical and sports science staff.

Reporting to the Director of Rugby, you will oversee player load, recovery and readiness, manage the budget, and ensure best-practice delivery across all departments within a dynamic, high-performance environment.
