Elite Physiotherapist - Injury Prevention & RTP Lead

Sportsmith, based in Greater London, seeks an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist to lead the academy medical team and deliver high-quality care for players. You will drive return-to-play strategies in collaboration with the Club Doctor and support staff, ensuring evidence-based rehabilitation and proactive injury prevention throughout the season.

You will manage both full-time and part-time therapists, supervise students, and contribute to a culture of high performance and safety.
