Elite Performance Swim Coach

Ashford School Swimming is seeking a motivated coach to join the performance coaching team at Ashford School. You will plan, lead and assist with sessions across squads, deliver high-quality coaching within the Ashford School Swimming framework, and work with Director of Swimming to maximise swimmer development.

The role requires relevant coaching qualifications, a current Pool Safety Award or ability to obtain within six months, and DBS clearance.
