Elite Performance Lead - Academy & Women's Football

Norwich City Football Club is seeking an experienced Academy & Women's Performance Lead to design, lead and implement a best-in-class physical performance framework across the Club's Academy and Women's teams.

You will synthesise physical preparation, science and nutrition to optimise squad availability, athletic development and on-pitch performance, while leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team and driving CPD opportunities.
