Position Overview

The Chambers is inviting applications for a Long-term Litigation Internship. This is a three-month, full-time, in-person engagement designed for law students who want hands-on exposure to high-level courtroom practice and chamber work. The role offers a significant learning curve for those dedicated to a career in litigation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Duration: Must be available for a full-time commitment from 15 February 2026 to 15 May 2026.

  • Education: Open to dedicated law students with a strong interest in litigation.

  • Traits: Candidates should be hardworking, research-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced chamber environment.

  • Commitment: Discipline and the ability to handle the demands of Supreme Court and High Court schedules are essential.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Supreme Court Practice: Assisting in matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

  • High Court & Tribunals: Gaining direct exposure to proceedings in the Delhi High Court and various statutory tribunals.

  • Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex legal questions and case laws.

  • Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of SLPs, petitions, and legal briefs.
