Sytner Group is recruiting a Retail Manager to join our high performing retail team in Stevenage. The role is hands-on, spending most time with customers and leading from the front by selling Finance & Insurance products at an elite level.

The position sits at the heart of the sales floor, handling vehicles deliveries, customer experience, and commercial performance. It is a sales-focused leadership role with weekend hours and continuous coaching of the Sales Executive team.
