Elite Academy Safeguarding Lead

West Bromwich Albion FC seeks a Safeguarding Manager (Academy) to act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the Academy and be the main contact for safeguarding concerns. You will ensure compliance with EFL and Premier League regulations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The role includes day-to-day management of safeguarding cases, investigations, and contributing to training and strategy implementation across the academy.
