Charlton Athletic Football Club is seeking an Academy Head of Medical to lead the medical department, overseeing physiotherapy and rehabilitation for all age groups. You will manage staff, coordinate care for the Under-21 squad, and ensure compliance with FA, EPPP and clinical standards to promote player health and performance.
