Elite Academy Coach Development Lead

Walsall Football Club seeks a Head of Academy Coach Development to lead a team of coaches across all Academy phases, shaping the coaching programme and ensuring a world-class learning environment. You will mentor staff to unlock potential and drive continuous improvement.

In this senior role, you will implement CPD, coach development strategies, and safeguarding/EDI standards, collaborating with the Academy Manager and external partners to raise coaching quality and player development.
