This full-time permanent position involves managing resident services, access control, and operational support while providing high-quality delivery in customer service. The Concierge will assist with enquiries and manage parcels, contractors, and safety compliance within a residential setting. Suitable candidates will have a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor, working in a 12-hour shift pattern of 4 on/4 off.
