Electronics Assembly Operator - Growth & Training

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Operator to join our busy Rochester production team assembling high-end electronic products. You will read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams and BOMs, and use hand tools to assemble housings to specification.

The role requires accuracy, good manual dexterity and basic IT skills (Excel/Word). Soldering and wire loom experience are desirable, with training and progression opportunities offered in a supportive environment.
