Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, with a background in electronics, looking to take the next step in your career? As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the design, manufacturing and production processes. We are seeking candidates with a solid background in quality assurance, particularly in the electronic sector. Your expertise will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to significant problem solving efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Product Non Conformance, facilitate implementation of the non conformance process and support design and manufacturing defect investigations.
- Utilise methodologies such as 8D, RCA and DMAIC to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to enhance product assurance and overall manufacturing quality.
- Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate quality risks and issues for in house equipment, aiming to reduce risk and increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in engineering process improvement and facilitate local flash audits, providing compliance and process improvement ideas.
- A strong background as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Experience within manufacturing or production environments, specifically related to electronic engineering.
- A practitioner of current QA problem solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.).
- Proven problem solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
