Electronic Invoicing Project Manager - Brussels

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on electronic invoicing and the digitization of these processes.

You will join the e-Invoicing team, helping drive adoption of digital invoicing solutions and supporting organisational change, stakeholder collaboration, and service delivery within a complex transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT and e-government projects from initiation to delivery

• Plan budgets, resources, and timelines

• Coordinate stakeholders, partners, and suppliers

• Support organisational change and digital transformation initiatives

• Ensure effective project governance using Agile methodologies

• Contribute to communication and promotion of digital government initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in working on electronic Invoicing projects previously as a Project Manager

• Minimum 10 years' IT experience, including at least 5 years in project/change/service management roles

• Strong project management expertise (Prince 2 preferred)

• Knowledge of ITIL/service delivery management

• Understanding of ICT systems and application development

• Experience working in complex stakeholder or public-sector environments is a plus

• Agile/Scrum experience desirable (Scrum Master/Product Owner is a plus)

• TOGAF or Archimate knowledge is an advantage

• Ideally Dutch/French bilingual

• Strong French required if not bilingual
