Excellent opportunity for an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Manager to step into an operational role, where you'll be a key player in the management of external assembly partners for a niche manufacturer, with ambitious growth plans! On offer is the chance to take lead on interesting electro mechanical projects, working for a successful business, with long term career progression routes into Head of Supply roles.

This electro mechanical box building manufacturer has amassed a successful reputation for themselves in the circular economy space. To drive future growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Assembly Manager to handle technical oversight, supplier management and operational control of the box builds.

In this role you'll be managing external assembly partners across the UK and Europe. You'll coordinate multiple build sites, ensure consistent quality, and manage large BOMs to help improve the efficiency of the production process.

• Manage external assembly partners across UK & Europe - site visits to monitor build progress and quality
• Work with suppliers on lead times & component availability
• Review and maintain build documentation and work instruction
• Site based in Stoke with travel to external partners across the UK & Ireland

• Electro Mechanical Assembly experience with Box Builds
• Management experience (People & Supplier/Operational)
• Experience working with external suppliers/manufacturers/assembly plants
• Driver licence
