Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Electrician will ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Capable of working on your own and able to run your own jobs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites or maintenance projects.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have a level 3 qualification and testing experience. Must hold a Full UK Driving License.
