Experienced Domestic Electrician

About Us
Rapid Response Maintenance is a fast-growing and dynamic property maintenance company delivering high-quality maintenance services across the Tendring district.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Domestic Electrician to join our team. The role will involve carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work primarily within social housing properties and void properties .
We pride ourselves on employing skilled professionals who take pride in their work, as our clients expect the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out domestic electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations
Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical issues
Conduct Periodic Inspections / Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
Complete domestic rewires and minor works
Produce accurate electrical certification and reports in line with NICEIC requirements
Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied properties
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in domestic electrical fault finding
Experience completing EICRs / periodic inspections
Ability to produce accurate NICEIC certificates and reports
Experience with domestic rewires and minor works
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified electrician
Required Qualifications
City & Guilds NVQ level 3 Electrical installations (or equivalent)
City & Guilds level 3 BS7671:2018 AMD2 - (2382-18) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds Level 3 Periodic Inspection & Testing 2391 (or equivalent)
Experience generating your own electrical certification
