About the Role - Electrician (High-End Residential)

We have an excellent opportunity to join a leading property maintenance company renowned for delivering high-quality service across London's most prestigious homes. As an Electrician, you will work within a professional team, handling both planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring exceptional workmanship in high-end residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in luxury residential properties
• Respond to reactive call-outs and planned maintenance tasks to the highest standard
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Liaise effectively with clients and office-based teams
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualification (essential)
• Proven experience working within high-end residential or similar environments
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
