Position Details

Job Title: Electrical Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Cambridgeshire - Site/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Unqualified Assessors will undergo training and support to complete an Assessor Qualification.

Essential Criteria

• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Duties

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
