Job Role: The successful Electrical Test & Installation Engineer will be responsible for LV panel and substation auxiliary systems testing. Key duties include continuity testing of cabling, ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements, performing site installations when required, and carrying out modifications to systems and equipment.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Proven experience testing, installing and modifying LV switchgear
  • Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical Installations or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or Equivalent)
  • Valid UK Driving License

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • ECS Card
  • Experience liaising with clients and contractors on site-based projects
Additional Information
  • Fleet vehicle provided when attending site work
  • Daily allowance, accommodation, and uprated pay when working on client sites
