Electrical Team Leader North Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join a leading manufacturer of advanced systems based in North Yorkshire.

The Role

You'll support the Electronics Lab Supervisor in managing a team of electrical technicians ensuring high standards of quality safety and efficiency are maintained. Acting as deputy in the supervisors absence you'll prioritise workloads, oversee testing and assembly of electrical / electronic components and help drive departmental performance to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead prioritise and delegate work across the electrical team
• Support project delivery and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain workflow through the department and monitor efficiency
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

About You

• ONC (or equivalent) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of low / high voltage systems control / data systems and fibre optic handling
• Confident interpreting drawings and technical documentation
• Skilled in MS Office and MRP / stock management systems
• Organised proactive and able to lead by example
