Your tasks: - Liaise between the Swiss Electrical Manager and the Electrical sector (art. 15 of the OIBT) within your regional sphere of competence - Serve as a reference contact for local electricity supply stakeholders and regulatory oversight bodies (e.g. Electrosuisse, etc.) within your regional sphere of competence - Support the building manager in inspecting the quality of electrical work performed by third-party service providers - Monitor periodic inspections of electrical systems at client sites in accordance with legal requirements (based on periodicities) - Ensure the security reports prescribed and take various measures following inspections performed (e.g. inspection reports from Electrosuisse, etc.) at sites and thermal imaging measurements on electrical systems - Maintain documentation related to your function, including lists of stakeholders in the Electrical sector according to the electrical safety concept - Contribute to specific maintenance projects - Ensure compliance with ISS Switzerland's maintenance standards across various units as well as adherence to contractually agreed processes for each sector of the Electrical department in terms of standards, regulations, safety, first aid, and interventions within the framework of training sessions intended for the Electrical sector according to chapter 05 of ISS's electrical safety concept Your profile: - Holder of a federal diploma in the electrical field (Electrical Safety Advisor, Project Manager in Electrical Safety) - ongoing in the electrical field (Federal Master) - complementary in business management (Federal Certificate Specialist in SME Management) - with a proven experience in the electrical field (minimum of 10 years of experience) - Excellent project management skills - Prior experience and a strong aptitude for mastering oral and written French (minimum C1 level) - Good knowledge of English and/or German, oral and written (minimum B1 level) - Very good command of common tools (MS Office) and sector-specific software (NIBT) - Mastery of technical rules, directives, and laws currently in force in the field of electrotechnics and market techniques in Switzerland - Good communicator, responsible, and customer-oriented - Excellent ability to work in a team and build key contact networks (internal and external) Ready for us?
