Electrical Team Leader - Housing Repairs & Compliance

City of York Council is seeking an experienced electrical professional to join Building Services in York. The role leads electricians and apprentices, plans workloads, and ensures safe, reliable, and customer-focused service across council homes and properties.

You will monitor testing and certifications, supervise performance, and coordinate with residents and partner services. A Level 3 electrical qualification (AM2 or equivalent) and strong leadership are required.
