Electrical Supervisor

Role Summary

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major European project portfolio, with a considerable pipeline of work for the next 5+ years .

You will support the Site Manager in organising and coordinating site activities while leading teams of electrical trade professionals.

You will be responsible for tracking daily site activities and progress, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards . You should have 5 + years' site experience within pharmaceutical/medical device, commercial, industrial or data center-type sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with the organisation and coordination of site-based activities.
• Understand IFC scope and flag variations to the CM.
• Complete variation take-offs and progress assessments.
• Develop and manage 2-week look-ahead plans.
• Review IFC scope, drawings, specifications and construction packs.
• Deliver snag-free works in line with project quality standards. Implement Quality Control Plans and ITPs.
• Promote the project's Zero Incident safety objective.
• Ensure inductions, RAMS, SPAs and permits are in place.
