PE Global Recruitment is currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading electrical contractor for a permanent position based in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across Cork. The successful candidate will play a key role in the supervision and coordination of electrical installation works on high-profile projects while benefiting from long-term career opportunities within a growing organisation.

The Role

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and site progress.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and other trades.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme milestones.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician or relevant electrical background.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the electrical contracting industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction site operations.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
