Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible forbut not limited to the following tasks on a day-to-day basis

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on sites across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Carrying out scheduled reactive maintenance on sites across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Responding to emergency callouts for existing clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with an exceptional work ethic who can work both within a team and as an individual.

extensive training programme will be provided.

Desired Criteria

  • Trouble-shooting and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Competent communication and written skills.
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic controls.
  • Preferred experience in smoke ventilation systems - training will be provided.

Skills and Personal Qualities

  • Full, clean, driving licence holder (essential)
  • CSR/ CSCS (Optional but can be provided)
  • IPAF (Optional but can be provided)
  • PASMA(Optional but can be provided)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Ability to work on inhouse systems and client portals.
  • Willingness to undertake further training.
  • Regards personal safety as priority.

  • Electrical IET 18 th Edition or equivalent (Essential)

  • 24v dc, 230ac and 415v.
  • United Kingdom (required)
