- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Oversee the RMA and Warranty Process, ensuring thorough and efficient handling of returned products.
- Write and update operating procedures, repair manuals, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Core Skills/Experience Include:-
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic and electrical faults.
- Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in electronic repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and guide a small team effectively.
- Experience in writing and updating technical documentation.
- Familiarity with routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment
