Electrical Pre-Construction Lead: Design & Compliance

Irwin M&E Limited is seeking an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager based in Northern Ireland. You will lead electrical design coordination from RIBA Stage 3 through Stage 5, ensure compliance with Employers Requirements and standards, and work closely with commercial teams to deliver bid submissions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical regulations, BIM workflows and experience in M&E installations.
