About Our Client

Our client is a Tier 1 contractor in the Social Housing sector, providing quality maintenance services to improve their clients' housing stock.

Job Description

1. Provide overall leadership for large-scale or complex construction projects.
2. Ensure that all site activities align with project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
3. Lead the implementation of the company's health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
4. Manage and mentor site managers, supervisors, and additional reports.
5. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of all site activities.
6. Oversee quality assurance processes across multiple sites or large projects, ensuring all work meets the highest standards and complies with industry regulations.
7. Take responsibility as the main point of contact for clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

1. Housing experience is essential.
2. Electrical experience within housing is essential.
3. Solar/PV experience is desirable but not essential.
4. Experience operationally leading teams on site.
5. Proven track record delivering projects within social housing.
6. Ability to prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
