A local council employer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor (Electrical) to join their Property Services & Maintenance Partnership team. The role involves managing electrical maintenance across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in electrical maintenance and diagnostics, alongside great communication skills.
