Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - London, E3 3DU

We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor who will undertake planned and reactive maintenance at our client site.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and supervise the electrical team; interact with client/tenants as required.
  • Undertake planned maintenance of the building engineering services to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, schedules and procedures.
  • Carry out required electrical tests and record the results on completion of electrical repairs and installations.
  • Provide emergency call-out support on a rota basis and respond promptly to emergencies to maintain continuity of operation where practicable.
Qualifications
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
  • Maintenance Electrical Engineer; Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electro technical Services (Electrical Maintenance)
  • Installation Electrical Engineer: Level 3 NVQ diploma in Electro technical System and Equipment (Buildings, Structure and Environment)
  • Experience of supervising a team of electricians, maintaining electrical compliance records and compliance of test equipment
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making ability
