Electrical Maintenance Operative

We are currently searching for an M+E Engineer with an electrical bias to join our clients Commercial Maintenance team.

Description

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations as required.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and property standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and address any faults.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests within the property portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the property team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly stored.

Profile

A successful M+E Engineer should have:

• Relevant electrical qualifications, such as NVQ or equivalent certifications.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
