Site based role commutable from Winsford, Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe, Sandbach, and Chester.

£49,405 - £51,108 + INDUSTRY LEADING PENSION up to 20% + 3 shift pattern (Early, Days and Nights) + Monday to Friday + Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x (weekends/nights) + 26 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Life Insurance + Progression

You will work within a highly skilled engineering team carrying out electrical fault finding and maintenance across heavy industrial plant, mining machinery and mobile equipment critical to production. Alongside your electrical duties, you will receive hands on mechanical training, allowing you to broaden your technical capability and future proof your career.

With regular overtime paid at enhanced rates of 1.5x and 2x, engineers have strong opportunities to significantly increase annual earnings on top of an already competitive basic salary.

This role suits an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer from heavy industry or manufacturing who wants secure long term employment, strong earning potential and the opportunity to develop into a more complete, multi skilled engineer.

The Role

• Electrical biased maintenance within underground mining environments
• Reactive and planned maintenance on Joy mining machines
• Working on conveyors, crushers, and heavy plant equipment
• 3 week early shift (6am 2pm)
• 2 week late shift (Mon Thu 1pm 9pm, Fri 9:30am 5:30pm)
• 1 week nights (8pm 6am)

The Person

• Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
• Background in mining, heavy plant, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Comfortable working underground
