Electrical Installation WBL Assessor & Trainer

Colchester Institute is seeking a WBL Assessor Trainer for Electrical Installation on a permanent basis at Colchester Campus. The role will support work-based learners to develop vocational competence through coaching, assessment and training in employer workplaces and college settings.

You will assess learners against standards, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records, working with employers and internal teams to ensure programmes stay industry-relevant and compliant.
