Electrical Installation Supervisor

Syntech Recruitment is currently working with a long-standing client who is looking to expand their team by hiring an Electrical Installation Supervisor. This role involves supporting site-based control systems and equipment for key clients, primarily focusing on electrical work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed deadlines.

About You

• Electrical Qualifications: C&G, BETEC, NVQ3, HNC/HND, 18th Edition
• ECS Gold Card Holder
• Previous experience supervising a team of electrical engineers
• Electrical design experience including EPlan, AutoCAD, or equivalent (advantageous)
• Ability to grow and develop the current team
• Ensuring installations meet client requirements and standards
• Experience in service/support, electrical installation, or maintenance roles
• Control panel design and manufacturing or electrical installation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Clean driving license
