Electrical Fitter - Assembly role for a leading manufacturer in the engineering and electrical sector. The role involves joining the production team as an Electrical Fitter - Assembly, contributing to the assembly of high-quality electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit electrical components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications
• Carry out wiring, panel building, and cable routing
• Perform functional testing and fault-finding on electrical assemblies
• Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet production targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical fitting or assembly within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in an electrical workshop
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are desirable
