Multiple Electrical Engineer Opportunities - Associate, Senior & Principal

Reading - 3 days per week in the office

Salary is dependent on experience with potential for a car allowance

A leading organisation is looking to appoint multiple Electrical Engineers to join their engineering team in Reading. You will be working across a wide range of disciplines and sectors offering you unparalleled exposure.

This role will suit someone confident in electrical design work, supporting project delivery on-site, and providing technical input across a varied workload. Team management experience would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support site activity including inspections, installation and commissioning
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear technical recommendations
• Mentor/guide junior team members as required

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering electrical systems
• Electrical Engineering qualification (degree or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards
• Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
