This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality Electrical and Electronic Engineering education to the next generation of engineers, with a particular focus on electrical power systems.

The college has invested heavily in modern, industry-standard facilities and is seeking a qualified lecturer with previous teaching experience within Electrical Engineering or a related discipline to strengthen their delivery team.

You will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical sessions across Electrical Engineering programmes, supporting apprentices and full time learners to achieve their qualifications and develop industry ready skills.

• Deliver Electrical / Electronic Engineering curriculum with a focus on electrical power
• Teach both practical workshop sessions and classroom based theory
• Support and assess learners across college and apprenticeship programmes
• Contribute to curriculum development and learner progress tracking
• 37 hour working week, Monday to Friday

• Previous teaching or lecturing experience within Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong background in Electrical Engineering (Power systems desirable)
• Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to hold/maintain one where applicable)
• Confident delivering both practical and theoretical content in an FE environment
• Passionate about developing the next generation of engineers
