The Position
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Hengelo.
You will play a key role in the design of (sub)systems for our cutting-edge research and fire control systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineers (including lead engineers), you will be responsible for creating high-quality electrical models that meet strict requirements in areas such as EMC, maintainability, testability, and overall product quality.
Your responsibilities :
- Design electrical schematics using Eplan,
- Select components for use in our products,
- Document your designs and discuss requirements with lead engineers,
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and qualification of your (sub)systems,
- Plan your own work and support your colleagues in achieving project milestones.
Your Profile
- HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar,
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer,
- Skilled in balancing quality and speed to deliver on time and within budget,
- Proficient in Eplan,
- Strong team player with solid communication skills,
- Able to translate general specifications and international (safety) standards into high-quality designs,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
