Electrical Engineer - Finland

We are currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage preconstruction activities, including technical submissions, construction drawings, and commissioning.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate procurement of electrical packages and liaise with the Procurement Manager.
  • Work closely with project teams to maintain schedules and deliver high-quality installations.
  • Coordinate electrical services and builder's work drawings with the Site/Project Manager.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, Tech Sub Logs, schedules, and QA Packs.
  • Support commissioning, subcontractor coordination, and project handover.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or trade qualified.
  • 3+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with a main contractor.
  • Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
