TLI Group is seeking a Electrical Crew Lead/UG MV-LV PICW to join our Underground Networks - New Connections team, supporting the delivery of large-scale New Housing Estate/Apartment Blocks - Commercial Building ESB projects in the Dublin & surrounding regions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Electrician/Electrical Foreman to work within a fast-paced, growing organisation, working alongside experienced UG Project Teams.

- Lead and supervise electrical crews carrying out New Connections works.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with ESB standards, procedures, and permits.
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Engineers, Supervisors, Electrical Crews, and ESB personnel.
- Ensure crews have correct materials, plant, drawings, permits, and traffic management in place before works commence.
- Carry out daily briefings/toolbox talks and ensure crews understand the scope of works and associated risks.
- Ensure all LV/MV terminations, cut-outs, jointing support works, testing, and cable identification are completed correctly and uploaded onto Arc GIS System daily.
- Verify all labelling and phasing is accurate before energisation or handover.
- Monitor work quality and ensure no works are completed "half done" or outside specification.
- Ensure all reinstatement and housekeeping standards are maintained on site.
- Identify and elevate issues that may impact programme, safety, outages, customer connections, or ESB operations.
- Liaise professionally with customers, builders, subcontractors, and ESB representatives when required.
- Ensure crews maintain high standards of driving, van care, site awareness, and professionalism.
- Track daily progress and provide updates to management.
- Ensure all works are recorded accurately on ArcGIS or relevant tracking systems where applicable.
- Assist with planning upcoming works and identifying resource requirements.
- Mentor and support newer operatives coming into the business.
- Level 6 Electrical Qualification
- Preferred, but not essential (UG MV/LV ESB PICW Approval or 2 years experience working on the ESB UG Network)

- Full Irish Drivers Licence
- Experience in electrical utility works/New Connections environment.
- Strong understanding of LV/MV works and ESB procedures.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple activities.
- Strong awareness of safety and site risks.
- Ability to read drawings and work packs.
- Organised and capable of working to programme deadlines.
- Competent in basic IT skills such as a basic level of Excel & Microsoft Word
