Electrical Construction Manager - Helsinki, Finland

Electrical Construction Manager required to join one of Europe's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large-scale Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. The successful candidate will work closely with the site management and project delivery teams to oversee electrical construction activities across the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager looking to join a major international contractor delivering high-profile data centre projects across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day electrical site operations across the project.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are achieved.
  • Ensure electrical works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Attend and lead site coordination and progress meetings.
  • Work closely with project teams to resolve construction and technical issues.
  • Oversee health & safety, QA/QC, snagging, and handover activities.
Requirements
  • Electrical degree or trade background.
  • 5+ years previous experience in an Electrical Construction Manager role or similar senior site-based position.
  • Data Centre project experience would be advantageous. General Contractor experience highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes and site coordination
  • EU Passport or eligibility to work in Finland is essential.
