Job Description

£45,760 plus overtime and standby payments, with opportunity for pay progression up to £60,000.

Business use of company van, tools and PPE equipment.

Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, with flexibility for part time.

Location: covering Grimsby, Brigg, and wider Humber areas.

Key responsibilities

You'll be responsible for wiring, installing, maintaining and controlling the high diversity of electrical equipment necessary to treat and distribute water.

  • Calibrating and maintaining technical analytical equipment
  • Investigate asset trends and carry out electrical interventions
  • Assist electrical framework contractors and internal high voltage, optimisation and automation teams
  • Utilise electrical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • React to technical issues to maintain water supply
What does it take to be an Electrical Asset Technician?
  • Level3 electrical qualification AND Completed an electrical apprenticeship
  • Strong health& safety focus
  • Industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to work standby by and overtime as necessary
  • Carrying out planned& reactive maintenance on our electrical assets
  • Work towards a Licence to Operate Qualification to enable you to operate and maintain water treatment assets and processes
