Electrical Assembly OperativeLocation: RotherhamSalary: £27,000-£28,000Shifts: Days

We're working with a manufacturer in Rotherham who are looking for someone to join their production team.

This is a hands-on role building, testing, and repairing battery systems and electrical parts. You'll be working on new products as well as fixing returned items.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and assembling electrical products
• Soldering and wiring components
• Testing products to make sure they work properly
• Charging and checking batteries
• Inspecting products before they're sent out
• Finding faults on returned items
• Stripping down and repairing faulty units
• Re-testing products after repair
• Keeping records of work completed
• Updating systems with job progress and parts used
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production role
• Some electrical assembly or wiring experience
• Ability to fault-find (nice to have, not essential)
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel etc.)
• Good team player with a positive attitude
