EL Student Success Navigator

Reading School District is seeking a full-time EL Student Success Coordinator, focused on helping secondary English learners succeed from high school entry through graduation. This role involves collaboration with staff to support students' acclimation and resources for post-secondary plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in education or a related field, with a preference for a Master's Degree. Strong interpersonal skills and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are required.
