EHS Lead - Naval Construction & Safety Leader

KBS Maritime is seeking an experienced EHS Lead (Projects) at HM Naval Base Portsmouth to support its CDM programme, manage complex project risk, and oversee operational service delivery across heavy industrial and construction sites.

You will lead an EHS team, deploy a management system, advance strategies and cross business initiatives, and influence stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
