EHCP Coordinator - SEND for Children & Young People

Torbay Council is looking for a dedicated Education, Health and Care Plan Co-ordinator to join our SEND Service. In this role, you will coordinate assessments and planning for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring compliance with legislation while drafting EHCPs.

Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and a solid understanding of SEND legislation. This fixed-term position offers the opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for young people in our community.
