EfW Plant Operations Shift Lead

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks an experienced Shift Team Leader for our EfW facility in Slough. You will lead the on-site shift, coordinating operations and maintenance to meet production targets while ensuring HSEQ compliance and environmental standards.

You will supervise shift personnel, maintain logs, and drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement in a high hazard industrial environment. A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
