EduTech School MIS Customer Success Manager

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Success Manager to support schools adopting Bromcom MIS. You will deliver online and onsite support, drive setup/configuration, report building, and best practices, while advising large MAT/LA customers and acting as a knowledge point for clients.

Travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate with Bromcom to promote product improvements and engage customers. Strong communication, organisation, and Edtech awareness are essential.
